Got my new computer components today and I'm having some trouble.

    GA-P35-DS3L
    E6750
    Corsair XMS2 DDR2-800
    37GB Raptor from old machine
    Radeon X800 GTO
    Antec Trupower 430 (Temporary)

First build so bare with me:

Put all together, posted fine, booted to vista install ran through copying of files, would restart between 8-12% of unpacking files. Booted to hirens, ran memtest was going fine then restarted again on its own.

-Now I can't seem to get anything to show up when posting, I get MB error beeps if I remove ram but nothing is showing up on the screen.
-CPU fan spins for a second or 2 and stops then spins and stops, case fan spins like normal
-will reboot a couple of times when I first turn it on sometimes.

I have tried a different power supply and same thing. Bad memory, MB what do you guys think?

try booting with only one stick of ram and then run memtest, if that works, try the other stick only, if they both pass, I'd say bad motherboard.

Tried that, didn't get any beeps but I still can't see anything on screen so I really don't know whats going on if anything.

Changed out the video card, didn't change anything.

I'm thinking MB might be bad.

Turns out one of my sticks of ram is bad, I thought I tried this before but maybe I didn't swap them out. It is posting now with a single stick in.
