I have been pretty serious about my work out for a while now and I definitely see my improvements. But I think I don't eat very well. I was wonder if yall have seen a cook book or something that tells you how to cook good meals with lots of protein and low fat, all that kind of stuff. Like a cook book for body builders or athletes or something like that.

just get lean cuts of meat and don't use insane sauces..the labels really help when it comes to that stuff because sometimes salad dressings have 11ty billion calories and more fat than a can of crisco and some have 1 calorie for the whole bottle

Or just eat very small amounts and often, listen to your stomach, take 20 mins for the stomach to tell your brain it is full.. give it that time at least!
