Well im pretty new here, but i have been reading this section alot lately and am learning alot of new things. Im currently trying to put on a couple of pounds. I weigh 127 pounds am 5' 7 with around 7 percent body fat. I need to get my weight around 135-140 this summer so i can fit in alot better at 125 pound wrestling weight class for college. Im new to lifting but i will be at the gym 5 times a week, to put on them extra pounds and gain some strength.

Now i think this will have enough protein but what other options can i add to get some more calories while im at it.

    3 cans of tuna = 33g protein
3 rolls to put tuna on = 15g pro.
    5 cups of milk a day = 40g pro.
    also some protein shakes.

So like i stated above i should be good on protein, what else should i make sure is in my diet. This is just my starting point for a meal plan. Thanks

I'm pretty sure 3 cans of tuna is more than 33g protein...unless you mean 33g/can
