I have been ignoring working my upper chest, and it is really starting to show, so im gonna start doing an incline press on monday. My question is waht angle to set the bench at, like waht angle between the flat part that you sit on and what you rest your back against. Also, what are some other good exercises for the upper chest. Thanks!

I prefer using the lowest incline. Not sure if it is true but I feel doing so would hit upper chest more than front delts.

That's certainly how it feels. When I was trying to find a good angle the steeper ones felt like I was doing a shoulder press. Lower angles hit more of my chest.
