How long have you been using Fructis?

You're advised to change brand every few months, because the "benefits" wear off after a certain amount of time of use.

I change pretty much every cycle and rotate between Biolage and an Oat & Honey Tigi, with a round of Dove or a Clarifying shampoo inbetween. The Biolage I'm using now has been pretty good this time around - and my hair feels like silk because I'm actually combing the conditioner through my hair when I use it.

Oh, Pureology is the best stuff in the world for dry, limp, lifeless hair.

Try pureology, I think they're even selling it at like Walgreens now. It's done wonders for my hair (I use the super straight shampoo/conditioner to be specific).

    biosilk

also sometimes i'll leave conditioner in my hair for an entire day... some people say that isn't good to do, but my hair always comes out awesome when I take a shower the next day :)
