I'm using Christophers routine that he posted here My goal is to gain weight, so I'm also using fitday and eating a lot. However I'm also playing hockey. I know this will make gaining weight a little more difficult. What I want to know is how should I adjust the schedule, if at all, since I play hockey once a week (usually on Wed.) Should I workout before hockey anyway? Or should I work out the day after, or 2days after, etc. How do you think I should adjust my schedule? I play hour games, so I probably skate about 30-45 minutes. If that helps at all. BTW thanks for the routine Christophers and everyone else.
