    no i have those weights as my starting point. ill up it by how easy everything feels

    and lol i thought u would have forgotten by now.

    if you have time to do all that you have too much time on your hands

    also it'd be overtraining

    unless you have insane recovery time and a french male stripper to give you handjobs and muscle rubs you'll feel like shit training every day

    and stop training in the fucking forest son

    considering how ever set up is different, you would know.

    and no, im 16 now.
    and how is it overtraining when oly athletes (even at my age) train up to 10x a week.

    edit- and for the 110lbs for row would be for DB, not BB

    Did you compare yourself to an olympic athlete? Some people have it some people don't. Arnold used to train for hours and hours on end... does that mean it would work for me? No.

    when i said oly athletes i meant athletes that compete in oly style lifting not an olympic athlete.
