I have a awkward problem. I can't view a few sites for example www.autobytel.com and www.citizensbank.com there are also others that simply wont load. I also can't download things off of Limewire or get Torrents to start, they never seem to be able to connect but I can download stuff off of sites and what not I can't even connect to Limewire I'm guessing I have some ports blocked or something.

I turned off my windows firewall. I'm connected by comcast cable through the computer downstairs through a Netgear router. Had this problem for a long time. Pretty much impossible to download music and stuff

Is there a way for me to view ports that I have blocked?

thanks a ton if you can help me out

I am attempting to follow the site's ( http://www.portforward.com/routers.htm ) instructions but when I try to set up a static IP, I get to this point and am no longer able to follow the intructions.
