Help with a good Ephedrine/Caffeine stack

    I was hoping you guys could give me some suggestions on the proper dosage for an effective caffein/ephedrine stack.

    18-24mg-E & 200mg-C is my usual stack.

    First, that should be mg, not grams :o

    I usually only did it pre-workout and in the mornings sometime if I was really tired.

    It will help a little, but you probably won’t notice a ton of difference in fat loss. I mainly use it as an energy stack, with some added benefits for fat control.

    Oh, and you might want to incorporate free weights as quick as you can, because if you’re just doing cardio, you’re probably also losing a decent amount of lean body mass.
