Gonna place an order tonight since I'm almost out of protein. BB.com is the only place I can order from to get the new ON chocolate basically (because Canada sucks) so has to be from there.

I only take lean green/caffeine/creatine now so I want to get some healthier stuff too just for general purposes.

Which fish oil pills are best value?

    Good cheap multi?

A pill with creatine in it.. mono or CEE I don't care. just something so i don't gotta scoop the powder. green bulge seems to fit the bill :dunno:
Opinions on ZMA? I sleep fine but :dunno:

Any other recommendations? Read conflicting stuff on glucosamine... :hsd:

    Thanks guys.

green mag/bulge for creatine [if you can scoop protein you can scoop creatine]
try ZMA; it's cheap and my dreams are more lucid and easier to remember

make up your own damn mind.

and it's no surprise that CEE would also hurt the enamel of teeth.

Are you serious man? Do you not understand that everything is either acidic or alkaline? Chewing meat, drinking milk/beer, eating an apple all of that is detrimental to your teeth. Swallowing some creatine will not further damage your enamel in some abnormal way. Why don't you worry about the damage creatine causes to your kidneys?

Have fun only consuming distilled water for the rest of your short life.
Or eat only alkaline food stuffs and enjoy your metabolic alkalosis.
"Well at least he had some nice teeth."

I had to completely stop using the mono I have because I can't stand the powder. Maybe I'll pick up some green bulge, dunno. Definitely need a mono cap either way.

I'm quite aware. I took chemistry in high school, too. I expected readers to immediately understand I was talking about the possibility of errosion of tooth enamel that's been recently discussed.

I guess I forgot that I'm in a fucking thread about WHAT TO ORDER FROM BB.COM and it would attract some retarded F&N lurkers.

Damage to the kidneys? Give me a fucking break and stop reading articles WITH OUTCOMES YOU ARE INTERESTED IN and start reading some objective, unbias shit.

Get out of F&N. This place isn't for you. We don't argue about semantics.

Some douche canoes stay away from WPI as well (that's whey protein isolate, sir) for their own reasons. No point in arguing.

You're very cranky. Take a chill pill but not chill powder; that's too acidic.

The point is that most of us here eat an excessive amount of acidic food stuffs, including meat. I personally am grinding meat(of varying acidities) in my teeth all day. Why should you or anyone be worried about some creatine passing over your teeth when, with our increased food consumption, we're all severely damaging our chewers on the daily?

Whichever you pick is fine by me as long as it is helping your gains but don't blame the powder on your poor enamel.

If given the option to consume a product in a form that is less potentially harmful than another product with the same effectiveness in more taste-friendly and perhaps health friendly way, which would you choose?

    That's my point.

Pill form doesn't have the bad taste, doesn't touch my teeth, and is generally more portable.

I don't have enamel problems, but I am very careful with my teeth. So if I can take an extra precaution to protect them, why not do it?

    no hard feelings

Yeah if you put the straw down your throat. I just have that natural urge to chew on everything that comes into my mouth that isn't water.

    Even cum. nohomo.

And who the fuck has straws laying around?
