help w/ weight

    hey,im 17yrs old, and i just got off of my football season and im back in the gym trying to gain my weight back, i started as 220lbs in the begining of the season, now im down to 185...i love how when i dont lift i loose all my weight...what would be the fastest weight to gain my weight back, but in muscle opposed to fat...

    i also know im lifting right cause i work out w/ a guy who has trained olympians, teddy bruschie(patriots middle linebacker) and simeon rice(bucceneers defensive end)

    Well obviously, you need to stop quitting steroid use during the season because that's how you have a 35 pound drop.

    eat clean, eat a lot, and work out often

    i dont take steriods, i just have hte body of if i dont lift constantly then i wont maintain my weight
