i recently bought an AMD64 3400+, MSI K8N Neo mobo, and a Maxtor 120gb SATA HD. every once in a while, the computer will freeze on the screen to "press Del for BIOS" and it will also sometimes freeze right as windows begins to load (when it says Windows XP and the blue/green bars go across the bottom). somehow, i finally got windows to boot up normally, but when i installed SP2, as soon as it begins to load windows, the computer restarts. i can boot into safe mode just fine, but with SP2 installed, i can't get into regular windows at all. does anyone have any idea what is going on with my computer?

    thanks

try to increase your voltage to processor/chipset.(increase it in SMALL increments)
my dfi lanparty ultra b sets processor voltage for my xp3200 at 1.4v. Its supposed to be 1.65v

Voltage increases are a must for OCing as well

Also check to see you have all your drivers updated

do *NOT* increase voltage without verifying that it's low....

but still, how do i fix the problem with service pack2, windows will NOT load with service pack 2 installed. when i was trying, i would have to boot into safe mode to uninstall it for my computer to work again.
