Okay so my HD crapped out on me last week and I finally installed a new hd and reinstalled leopard. I dont want to fully recover things from time machine cause I had so much crap that I no longer use. How can I just pull up important things like:

    safari password..
    system pref ..
    etc

Plug the Time Machine drive in via USB or Firewire and have spotlight index it. Then search for the files you want, sorting by the most recent version:dunno:
