I thought i had mossys kicked, gone a full two years without picking another one up.....Is there no cure, only temporary remission? Someone gave me a Cabela's gift card and this weekend they had a lot of extra gun tables set out and I found.... 3 mossys. Got them as a bundle deal for about $300.

One was in good shape but the others were sold as parts guns as they are incomplete.

    Got a 46B(b), a 46M, and a 42M(c).

The 46B has AWESOME wood, just a few scuffs but it will look great once I refinish it. Has the safety buttons intact and a rear iron site i have never seen. The rear of it has a little rotating metal piece that rotates from a notch to a little peep to a V notch sight. Action is smooth, bore is excellent. The main rear peep right is nice and locks into place nice and tight. Aside from the missing swivels and the stickers on the stock, it's great.

The second one is the 46M sold as a pats gun, has a horrible refinish on it with some sort of thick clear crap on it. It's also missing the front part of the stock and I figured I could just take it off the third rifle but now that I look at it, if I put the front piece on it will cover the magazine access! I guess it's not the right stock, anyone have any insight to this stock?

Third one, the 42M(c) is a mess. Missing the bolt cap, stock is broken and otherwise abused front to back. I figured since the trigger guard hasnt shrunk I could use it for parts or part it out to people that might need it.
