Help Switching to Unlimited Messaging

    I currently pay $9.99 a month for 1,000 text messages. I'm interested in getting the unlimited messaging package for $5.99. I was trying to do this online, but I am unable to. Do I need to visit the store to change this? Or is there a way I can do this online? Thanks.

    what carrier? I have sprint and I get unlimited SMS for $8.
