help startin to work out

    I'm farely new to OT and decided to see if anyone could possibly give pointers on. First I'm about 5'10 weigh 156 and I wanted to atleast weigh 175(lifting weights and being healthy) umm really not sure where to start anyone have any pointers

    do a lot of steroids..that works for most of us here.

    Lol big negative with steriods. No one has some good insight on shakes and exerciser's that can help me reach my goal

    1st pointer: read the fucking stickies.

    Shakes wont make you gain, and neither will certain exercises

    but eating enough, and the right exercises will.

    Full body routine every other day, one exercise per bodypart for 1-2 sets each. Increase number of sets as you acclimate.

    You want actual answers then ask actual questions, or read the stickies and 100 bajillion similar threads already on this.
