I've been working on building my upper chest a lot more lately and there is one area that is constantly lagging. The area is the part I circled in this random picture:

Can someone give me any pointers on some good exercisese that would target this central area of the upper chest? I've been mainly doing lots of incline presses and incline flies. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

development of that area is very highly genetic... some can and some can.

from what I've read, you're doing em. Incline flyes and incline benching. What are your stats... this could be a prime example of eat more and lift heavier

    time and muscle

I really doubt you're on that guys level, most beginner/intermediate level bodybuilders do not have a very full looking chest. it comes from years and years of lifting and busting your ass. lower levels of bodyfat is almost always a must too

Would close grip incline bench press target that area better than a normal or wide grip?

That's always my answer to people as well.

Chest definition is something that comes over time, you could be far stronger than the guy next to you with who has a far more well developed chest than you.
