Using a 3-way electronic crossover, what should the full-range speakers be set at (3½'s and 6x9's) and what should two 10" Kicker Comp's be set at? Thanks.

Hmm, well, is your crossover continuously variable, or does it have a set of fixed xover points? I would not cross the 3.5 inch speakers over any lower than 150hz, assuming a 12dB an octave slope. If it is 24dB an octave, you might be able to get away with 100hz, but I doubt the driver will play that low anyways, you will probably just get a lot of IM distortion. As for the 6x9's, since you have subwoofers, I would suggest a xover point from around 60 to 100hz, depending on the speakers. And set your subwoofer lowpass to around the same range as the 6x9's.
