I'm putting my first computer together and I screwed up on the motherboard. I originally ordered the following from Newegg - ABIT IC7-G MAXII Socket 478 Intel 875P ATX Intel Motherboard

Well, I found that the video card I purchased (SAPPHIRE Radeon X800PRO 100600SR Video Card) doesn't fit - No PCI Express x16 on the mobo... :wtc:

So being the idiot that I am ordered another mobo w/ a PCI Express x16 slot... but guess what? Wrong CPU Socket. :eek4:

So I'm returning this mobo, but I need recommendations - I can't seem to find much and the one that might work on Newegg is out of stock.

Needs to have at least the following CPU Socket 478, PCI Express x16. Any ideas "what" and "where"???
    Thanks.

Non-existant, as far as I know...

I'm upgrading to Socket 939 for that very reason. Currently using Socket A...
