Help picking a car

    Alright i need some help picking a new car.. I can only spend about 5k, looking for used, manual power windows/locks heat and preferebly 2 door.

    Look into a 95-98 Nissan 240SX.... or even 89-94

    he'd never get a decent s14 for 5k. they're so marked up like crazy. get an older maxima. why would you want two doors? are you looking for a DD, something sportyish? or what?

    the only thing that comes to mind is civics.

    BS, 2 years ago i picked up an S14 with Coilovers, a bride bucket and sways for 7K....

    Plenty of Zenki S14s for 2500-3000 now. Its the Kouki ones that are bank.

    More info is needed, but as mentioned a teg is a good reliable choice, or a 97-99 maxima.

    All depends on what you want. FF, FR, AWD. There's plenty of choices for $5k. What will you be using the car for?

    Lmao completely gapped this thread.. Needs to be good on gas, I'd prefer RWD and yes i like it sporty. I like to have fun when I'm driving :)

    Mid 90's BMW 3-series. Great handling, RWD, heated seat options on all i6 models, tons of upgrades and fairly cheap aftermarket.

    Only get a e36 bmw if you like water pumps failing, rear shock mounts going bad, head gasket, and lots of other random crap breaking.

    anything from honda would be a good choice. like 92-95 hatch would be a great car and you could maybe get it for less than 5k. you could use the rest to make it even better!!!

    240SX maintenance costs are way lower than a lot of other cars... my girl just had to get her timing belt changed on her integra. OUCH. Thank goodness for a chain on the 240.
