help on planning rep weight (starr/chris' routine)

    today's benchpress day & i wanna see if im doing this properly.

    i'm weak @ bench, my 5RM today is going to be 150 (maybe 155) x 5

    last week i did
    85x5
    95x5
    105x5
    125x5
    145x5

    should i be spacing the weight out more?
    such as:
    65 x 7
    85 x 7
    105 x 6
    125 x 5
    150 (~155) x 5

    you should do more weight and less sets :ugh:

    For that routine you should go:
    barx8 or so for warmup
    95x5
    115x5
    135x5
    145x5
    155x5

    I don't know now that I think about it.

    I didn't go to the gym today so I'm tripping balls
