Help needed for PCI card installation

    I just bnought a pci usb 2 controller for my computer. Im wondering hlow to install it. i ran the disk, it siad it installed the USB2 driver, but when i put the card in the slot and started up, it wouldn't load windows... is there something i have to re-configure in the bios or sumthing??

    Never done one before but normally you install the card and then the software.

    usually you will put the card in before you do the drivers. Shouldn't do anything with the bios since the USB isn't built into the motherboard.

    Make sure you did the software install correctly. You probably messed up the driver installation
