hey everyone, i looked in the archive section and it didn't touch upon this issue. i hope i don't sound too much like a n00b. i'm 5'9" 135lbs. for the past few years, i've been trying to build muscle mass. after spending 8 years at 125lbs with a bench of 225lbs, i finally put on 10lbs. although my bench dropped to 185. i've pretty much given up the idea of ever being 180lbs and benching over 350lbs. just not my body structure. i've started to get into various activities where muscle mass really isn't needed as much as strength and flexability. would any one have any tips to increase strength to the wrists and core? also, how can one improve flexability? i can hold a hand-stand with my head elevated for a few seconds- nothing much more than that though. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
