help my six pack!

    hey I have my first 4 muscles popping out on my stomach at the top, but the bottom 4 are not visible but u can feel it. they are somehow hidden in fat :-/ and i wanted to know what workouts can work out hte lower half of the abs and reduce the fat so i can successfully have my 8 pack....will have pics soon

    I hate this place because of all the assholes here. They never answer the questions and just make jokes because they think they are better...i'll help you out though

    the best thing for you to do is spot train, so you can tone your abs (obviously)
    you are going to need to do a lot of sit ups and leg raises because the only way to make them visible is to actually have them. you should only do abs or else you are using up your energy on other useless stuff (you can do bis though because they are smaller than other muscles such as legs)

    so heres a good bi/ab routine you should do for the next 4 weeks or so:

    100x5 sit ups
    100x5 crunches
    50x5 leg raises
    100x3 cross over sit ups (works the obliques)
    12x5 dumbell curls
    10x5 barbell curls

    do this preferably twice a day and on your sit ups its ok to use momentum on sit ups...as long as you get them all done!

    but on a serious note..... fucking run your ass off.... your abs are there..... they are just behind some fat..... eat healty and work out.... do some ab exercises.... and fuckin run some more..... eat some chicken..... fuckin run some more..... and yeh just run some more.... but seriously you gotta fuckin eat right before you can even think about gettin a 6 pack

    notice how the bottom area seems a little fatty than the rest....i just need to tone it down..thnx alot baited for that routine workout...ill concentrate more on abs first before bis..
    ps how long a break do i take between each reps.........and then between the sets

    Situps are not designed to cut fat. Sit ups build your abdominal muscles, and a well planned diet plus excercise routine will cut the fat. Both work hand in hand, chances are you have nice abs, you just need to lose the fat.

    Eat a little less, and stay away from pop.
