HELP..My Lower back is KILLING ME....did deads last night

    I have a feeling my form on my last set of deads got fucked up, the weight was heavy....as i moved on to lat pulldowns my lower back started hurting, kind of on my left side but it feels like it almost shoots up my back and kind of even down my legs very faintly.......it hurts primarily to sit or bend over to grab something or when i sit and turn my torso.

    what the fuck did i do......its not unbearable, but uncomfortable for sure.

    sounds like a typical post deadlift back pump...it should go away in a day or so...


    I pulled last night and my back is pretty fucked up too...

    I've never woken up the morning after pulling without some stiffness/soreness in my back. Even when I was pulling sub-400.

    they lift the same amount on deads... why would running that cause more pain?

    i know what a pump feels guys, last week when i was pulling my shit was PUMPED and fucking SORE. now its more like an inconvenient feeling, not really a pump.....i cant explain it, seems like something is off on the left side more so than the middle or right. almost a sharp pain when i move at certain angles. i hope its just a pump but im afraid its not.

    stand and cross the foot and stretch the back leg... i also stretch the hammies on my back and pulling the leg with the arms

    Gonna suck riding the bus today since those seats are so uncomfortable.
