    Hey guys, about 1 and half years ago i was about 200-201... Currently i am about 151... I lost alot of fat.. but here is the thing now... i am pretty damn skinny.. My height is about 5,11 and i started lifting weights/less cardio... I have this "extra" skin or fat on my Love handels, below my belly button area.. Do i just do mass amout of sit-ups? Please help me.. i just want a frim/cut/tone body.. now... :wtc:

    You can't spot reduce your stomach. And since you're already skinny, I wouldn't recommend you losing any more fat.

    Just eat healthy (a lot for your sake), and lift heavy.
