I garage my car in the winter and my dumbass didn't think to check to see if I ran anything over the last time I took it out after a wash. Unfortunately I ran over something and its been sitting on my car for a good 5-6 months. Its like a rust color and is splattered all over the bottom of my car (on the paint but the lower half). At first I thought it was rust but then I picked at it and it started coming off, then I saw the rest of the splatter spots on the wheels, sides, etc.

I have NO idea what this stuff is, I scrubbed and tried to clay it with no avail.

    Any ideas?

Can you post pictures? It would make it easier to understand exactly what you are talking about. If picking it off is working, keep doing that or get some plastic razor blades.

it'd be almost impossible to pick it all off without scratching.

The car is at my house and unfortunately I wont be home for 3 weeks. I'll bump the thread then :hs:
