I have a good understanding of the physical part, what about the mental? While I am lifting, what should be going through my mind? What should I concentrate on?

seriously tho I personally have a mental form checklist that I run through as I get set up, and then once the lift has started I blank out

My mind is pretty damn clear when I lift. Sometimes, I don't even listen to the music on my MP3 player even though I hear it. I have become addicted to the feeling. A day without going to the gym is fine, but 2 days in a row, and I feel like shit. I think it's helping my mental health as much as my physical health.

Go over form in head before lift, don't think during the lift, just puuuuuuush/pullll.
