I am a 155-160lbs, 6'1"-2" male. Currently I hit the gym 3x a week and I run 5-6x a week. Gym Day 1 Chest and Tris Gym Day 2 Bicepts and Back, Gym Day 3 Shoulders + ?? Also taking Whey Protien after workouts... For running, I run anywhere from 3-6miles a day. On days I'm super stressed out I will run 12+. I LOVE to run, its something I wish I could do 24/7, but I have a messed up knee so I can't. For eating... Lunch is normally a burger with fries, chicken nuggets, salad + meat, and 2 glasses of 2% milk. (Some days instead of a burger I get the special which is chicken or some other form of beef). Dinner is Beef or Chicken patty w/ chicken nuggets, pasta, and 2-4 glasses of milk or water. I drink water through out the day... not 100% sure how much... but it seems like I go through 4-6 Liters a day of water on top of meals. Now my problem... I can't gain weight, I have a fast metabolism. So even when I didn't work out for a solid 6 months, I never gained a pound and never got fat. When I do work out and run, I gain 5-10lbs and then stop gaining weight. I get stronger, but I just don't gain weight. Yes my strength does hit a wall, where it takes weeks for me to increase the amount of weight I lift. I always get faster at running, and I improve really fast at running. If it wasn't for my busted knee I could run 5min miles no problem, but something happense and I'm forced to slow down or just give up walking the next day. If I had to, I could run a 5k in about 15-18mins. All the help is appreciated!
