She is 5'2" and weighs about 118. She wants to tone up and maybe cut 5 or so pounds by mid-march (spring break). She has had a trainer in the past and is used to working out but just needs a little direction. I can give her good advice on eating but I'm not too up on what mix of running/cardio & weight lifting women should do. Should I just have her do some of the same exercises I do plus some treadmill?
