Help me with a routine for me please *pics*

    Well i was wondering if i should bulk first. or just work out hardcore.. or do what.. and if you have enough time.. can someone give me a good workout plan that you think i should doo.. thanks F&N!!

    Edit: I gained a little since those pictures.. not a lot but nontheless gained.. i am 6' and weigh 165.

    Just eat a shitton and find a routine in the archives to follow, and try not to get drunk too often

    bulk up and workout hardcore, you should be ryan reynolds in 2-3 weeks

    It will take you years to even get close to that level. Smoking isn't going to help.

    so you guys think i should bulk.. i am afraid it will go to my stomach... anyone want to explain bulking.. what i should eat and stuff like that... i know there is threads on this.. but blah... and NEO i know i am trying to stop smoking.. its an addiction.. hard... but i will do it...

    yeah, take more calories in than you expend, do this daily

    If you can't muster the discipline to stop smoking how do you think you're going to stick to a routine? Why should anyone here bother to take the time to do something for you that you'll throw away in a week?

    Bulking isn't as easy as going in the gym and picking heavy shit up. You have to track your calories, get to the gym, get the rest you need, etc.

    You honestly think not buying cigarettes and not smoking them is more difficult than eating what you're supposed to eat, going to the gym and busting your ass lifting weights?

    Not necessary if you want to eat like shit and make sure you are eating over maitenance... is necessary if you want to gain minimal fat with maximal muscle.

    actually it is more necessary than you can imagine. Unless you just want to get fat. You want to only be 200 cals above maintenance or so to the point where you gain 1lb a week. Anymore is more than likely just fat. What don't you understand?
