Alright, what's the best option for me to light a 4 person band with 1x Ab800 with Large softbox, and a 550ex with 45" umbrella?

Lenses will be 11-16 Tokina and Canon 135L

    Thanks

could be several different options... but I'd go with the KISS method.

you could put the AB up and to the right or left of the camera(close to camera), then use your 550 bare behind for a rim light.

Or put them both at 45deg right and left.

Main thing you want to avoid is casting shadows from one band member onto the next.

this sounds like the best plan. However. if you want an edgy look, you can put a bare flash directly behind them and fire the b800 into the umbrella for a much harder look. (Assuming your umbrella is a silver reflective one)
