New mobo from Asus or Abit that supports the 64bit amd, xp 3200+ and 1gb of ddr 400 ram would do the trick nicely. Maybe a 73GB 10K Western digital hard drive if you've got some extra cash.

How does the 9800 compare to the Ti4200? Was there a bit difference? I am looking at going from my Ti4200 128mb to a 9800 pro and don't know if I can justify the price if the performance gain isn't that much.

I would probably go with a simple processor upgrade. Get whatever the highest thing that motherboard will be able to handle and put it in there for a cheap and easy upgrade.
