OK some stats first. 5"10" 240-ish and cutting, cutting, cutting. Working out 4-5 days a week and cardio every gym day. Diet is tight but not super squeaky clean. Snacks consist of beef jerky, almonds, trail mix...etc. Water intake is about a gallon +/- each day...pissing frequently. Currently taking: 1-a-day multi T-Rex...2caps twice a day (for now, finding tolerance) PureCEE ON Whey 2-3 times a day..2-3 scoops. Did some searching on BCAAs and it seems to help in cutting. Should I add those or wait? Is there something I'm missing? Not trying to make the sups do the work but I have real energy problems with school and 40+hours in the kitchen and I need all the GOOD help I can get. So much mis-information out there and I could use some real SOLID advice on if I am on the right track.
