I want to get my comcast email through my outlook express.

We use groupwise for our email client. As well we have outlook in our windows package, so I wanna get my comcast email here at the office.

I have set everything up properly but it still won't work.

    incoming is: mail.comcast.net
    outgoing is: smtp.comcast.net

    ports are 25, 110

    EVERYTHING SEEMS CORRECT

I connect to the internet through a proxy with settings

    Port: 8080
    Address: Proxy2

That's the best I can do.

    Any help out there!

You are given a proxy to access the interweb..meaning you only get http, https, and maybe ftp traffic to go through the proxy.

You aren't going to easily be able to get smtp and pop3 traffic through a http proxy.
