Help me set up a routine

    My current routine for a 3 month period was
    Day 1- Shoulder/Abs
    2- Chest/Tris
    3 - Legs
    4 - Back/Bis
    5 - Legs
    6 - Rest
    7 - Repeat from 1

    Its been changing around a lot, and ive just incorporated legs twice a week.

    Id like to hit each muscle group twice a week. So this is what it looks like so far:

    Chest/Tris
    Back/Bis
    Legs/Shoulder
    Rest
    Chest/Tris
    Back/Bis
    Legs/Shoulder
    Rest

    (I know there are a lot of routine threads im sorry but i wanted my own one;))

    yeah... aint no problem with that... just make sure you are getting lots of nutrition and sleep

    please explain, i saw timberwolf talking about a strengh/volume routine.
