I'm currently doing bent-over rows and lat pulldowns. What should I replace them with? I was thinking t-bar rows and seated cable rows. Recommendations?

Edit: I currently do bent-over rows, lat pulldowns, good mornings, SLDL's, and deadlifts (not all on the same day).

I'm stupid...I should have listed the other ones I do

I currently do bent-over rows, lat pulldowns, good mornings, SLDL's, and deadlifts (not all on the same day).

I love them, but my workouts are getting a bit stagnant and I want to change it up for a few weeks.

I usually use pulldowns, lever bent-over rows, Yates Rows and the Seated Rope Rowing, torso bent forward (special exercise) shown in Thib's articles. I use a lift during a month and a half and then I switch. The two lasts are my favorite though, they're harder and I feel it a LOT more.

if i havent been doing pullups on a routine i never go directly back into wide grip. i do chin ups and slightly wider than shoulder grip... i just get more reps/sets :hs:
