Help me recover faster vimapussy

    So when I start a work out routine I always end up hurting so fucking much that I can't go the next day. Is there anything I can do to unhurt?

    My schedule frees up next week and I plan to start going again. In order to get myself unlazy I am hoping to take some of that Jack3d stuff.

    :ugh: what do you mean "hurting so much"? you mean your muscles are too sore?

    try splitting up your routine...ie.hitting a dif muscle group everyday

    Yeah I do tri and chest on one day/bi and back/legs/shoulders. But after tri/chest I'm shot for day two...I guess I should just start out way lower in weight.

    sounds like you need to man the fuck up..you shouldn't have a problem with that split if youre resting a few times a week

    sounds to me like you havn't taken it before.

    don't worry. you'll be fine with that.

    even if your sore, take it 30 min before you go the gym. you'll have long forgotten about being sore.
