I read over the thread in the archives and didn't see any acutal routine, lots of info but no routine. I'm going to do it on W and F after I finish christophers routine

from what I've gathered, I want to do one exercise, 3-4 sets, 10-20 reps. higher resisitence, less reps,

which of these would you guys do?
Exercises: (these are some of the basic exercises you can do for the abs)
Lower abs - Roman chair, leg lifts, knee tucks, decline bench crunches

Upper abs - crunches, cable crunches, swiss ball crunches, machine crunches

Obliques - Side bends, broom twists, cruches (elbow to opposite knee)

    Lowerback - Hyperextensions

I prefer basic cable crunches or those medicine ball throws on a ~30 degree decline. One person throws you the ball, and you throw it back to them. I don't know why it works so well, but it does

    Hanging leg lifts.
As Ceaze said...work on the movement. By the time you can do a strict set of even 5, you'll have your abs.

    My ab routine:
    Frog kicks - 3 sets of 10
Seated crunch machine - 3 sets of 15
    Ab wheel - 3 sets of 10
Single leg lifts on decline bench (both legs in air, raise one leg and back down, alternate) - 3 sets of 15 (each leg)

    Oblique routine:
Side bends - 3 sets of 15, each side
    weighted decline twists - 3 sets 30
side bridges - 3 sets of 60 sec

I alternate between those two routines. MR obliques, TF abs.
