Help me out here!!

    So, Ive been working out since Jan. now and Ive taken No xplode and I just finished off my last scoop of Black Powder. Basically Ive been trying to get stronger but I have no idea what Im doing. I just take the right amount and start pumping iron. I started off struggling with 175 but now Im 5x5 with 185 (I dont have a max cuz I work out by myself). I was 160 but now Im 175 but I still feel like I have gotten much stronger. Tell me what Im doing wrong and what I need to do right.

    The reason why I work out by myself is cuz I use my school's gym and everyone is to pussy to workout. I really dont know anything about lifting other than just lift it and hopefully Ill get strong. I aslo eat like an animal and from what Ive been told that affects your workout.

    Here is some advice...

    1 - Skip the supplements for now and save your cash.
    2 - Read the stickies here, especially the nutrition one. No joke, its worth it.
    3 - Follow the basic program outlined in Pur's thread, google the exercises etc.
    4 - Talk to some of the brollies at the gym, most are willing to offer advice.
    5 - get the food down, the training down and enjoy the newby gain ride for at least 6-8 months and come back to talk about sups and stuff.
