Help me on my dillema and diet..

    Alright guys, i just hurt my lower back.. its herniated/lower back strain.. my upper torso is misaligned with my hip.. looks awkward :wtc:

    anyways..for obvious reason stated i cannot work out for a long time... so eating healthy is my only option... My doc told me to stay away from fatty/red meat for awhile... but would i loose muscle mass? is there away i can eat lean and still keep my structure or my muscle that in my body? I do not want to look sick but be a fat fuck at the same time :hsugh:

    lots of chicken, fish, make sure you're keeping your protein up

    Well, if you're not using it, you're going to lose it. Eat clean and stay lean is your best bet.
