Help me lose some fat...

    I wear a 32" waist but the handles stick out on the side which doesnt look too well :hs:. My goal is to lose the tire and overall get some definition everywhere else. Routine will be the one christophers posted a few months ago and diet will be something like this..

    6:30AM - 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, two slices of wheat toast, small cup of juice
    9:30AM - apple and peanut butter/jelly sandwhich
    11:30AM - chicken breast with corn and mashed potatoes
    2:00PM - can of tuna with slice of cheese
    the rest of the day: not sure yet

    Im aiming for 1800 cals a day (12 per pound) with 150g protein, 25% fat and the rest carbs. I dont want to get too big because im short and like my frame size teh way it is.

    Age: 21
    Weight: 148
    Height: 5'4"

    Max bench: 190 the last time I tried (fall of last year)
    Max squat: n/a
    Max dead: n/a (i think around 200-210)

    edit: yes i know hes 5'4, but that ribcage is just scaring me too much

    the thread title shouldve been, "Should I bulk or cut?"

    Cut? What are you going to cut to? 120? You need muscle cause you sure as hell can't flex bone. Pack on some msucle and you will look much better. Right now you have that skinny fat look. Oh and read the sticky.

    Follow this and you will lose body fat and be able to tone up

    1. 6 egg whites; 1/2 cup outmeal

    3hrs later

    2. 2 scps of whey w/water

    2-3hrs later

    3. 1 can of tune; 2pcs whole grain bread (if you want a sandwhich add lettuce, honey mustard 1tbs)

    2-3 hrs later

    4. 2 scps whey w/water

    2hrs later

    5. 5oz lean ground beef or chicken breast; 1 1/2 cup pasta; 1/2 cup sauce

    2-3hrs later

    6. 8 egg whites; if you want add some salsa 2tbs

    Drink 1 to 1.5 gallons of water a day and nothing else

    no one is going to tell you whats already in stickies at the top of this forum.

    because if you have to ask us questions when the answers are right in front of your face then we all know that if we give you advice you wont take it.
