Right now im an average non-athletic guy, i'm 5'9 and 192 pounds. In the next month and a half before I move out to college, I need to get the most noticable results physically. I need advice on what exercises are best to see the most changes. I am totally serious about this and will do anything it takes to look good before I get to SDSU, because I want to look good for the ladies :hsd: :o

I joined 24 hour fitness a couple weeks ago and ive been working out but I honestly don't really know what im doing. I quit smoking weed and i'm doing a low carb diet right now, I only eat 3 meals a day and I try not to eat any carbs unless its just bread on a sandwich or something.

    PLEASE help me!!!! :sadwavey:

To get uber broly like the rest of us this is what you need to do in 5 simple easy steps.

Step 1- Drink Milk 2% or No Fat
    Step 2- Do Squats
Step 3- Do some more Squats
Step 4- Throw in some Deadlifts
Step 5- Drink some more Goddanmed milk with Whey Protein

A month and a half is plenty of time.

I read on the that there internets that it only took Ronnie Coleman 9 months to go from bean pole to broly.

Dude, the last thing he wants to do is squats.

You know full well all he wants is a decent chest and arms or "to look like Brad Pitt in fight club."

OP, you're not going to make much of a difference in 6 weeks. Eat right, cut some fat, and work whatever part of the body you want to get bigger/more developed a couple times a week (working out the rest of your body, too).

pin pulls if you wanna look like brad pitt in fight club.

if you wanna look jacked/huge/swole (i.e. ryan reynolds in blade) then you gotta do curls in the squat rack.

    ^^^^can we sticky this??? ^^^^

Honestly, I think you should just kill yourself and call it emo. You'd get more attention from the ladies that way.

start doing alot of cardio. if you have trouble running, go on the elliptical..for about 30 minutes on the toughest "hill" program you can find on it.

I'll give an honest answer bro.
Run a mile every day to burn off fat
eat clean (brown rice and meat)
Work out 4 times a week doing all upper body
    Do situps everyday

You'd be considered a giant wimp by most people in this forum but you'll get a beach body

I know its a short period of time and i'm not going to become broly, but I want to do the very best I can. I have an extremely fast abnormal metabolism, I probably consume 2500 calories a day while sitting on my ass and remain at 192 pounds, when I actually do exercise and diet, I notice quick results. and will be continuing to work out after I move out until I get the job done. ;)

Whats wrong with that as a motivation?

I want to look good, plain and simple.. :hs:
