Right now im an average non-athletic guy, i'm 5'9 and 192 pounds. In the next month and a half before I move out to college, I need to get the most noticable results physically. I need advice on what exercises are best to see the most changes. I am totally serious about this and will do anything it takes to look good before I get to SDSU, because I want to look good for the ladies I joined 24 hour fitness a couple weeks ago and ive been working out but I honestly don't really know what im doing. I quit smoking weed and i'm doing a low carb diet right now, I only eat 3 meals a day and I try not to eat any carbs unless its just bread on a sandwich or something. PLEASE help me!!!!
