Ok, so I changed my philosophy from a while ago and decided to bulk for awhile while lifting. (local gym has an all the time special of 9 weeks for 19$)... Anyways, I can't seem to get enough calories into my diet and not sure where I should add more at. I'm 23, 6'2" and about 205-210lbs. 6:00am - Shake with Whey, Milk, Peanut Butter, and Oats in it.. about 900 calories. 8:30am - Three Eggs, and a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich on Wheat 11:30am - Two chicken breasts with rice 2:00pm - Apple and a can of tuna 3:00-4:30ish - Workout After workout - Two scoops Whey in Milk 5:00pm - Two chicken breasts with rice 8:00 pm - Cottage Cheese and a handful of peanuts. My totals only come up to like 2800 calories, and I need to be around 4500 or so. The protein is good though, sitting around 340g I think.. Only supplements are Whey, Mutli-Vitamin and probably going to start Fish Oil. Any help?
