Help me get back into shape

    The freshmen 15 is about to get the best of me. I went from 6' 180 with probably 9-12% body fat (depending on if i was in season or not). Well now I lost a large amount of muscle mass, gained body fat and now weigh about 193, with my body fat probably being at ~18%. What type of rigorous workout routines would you guys suggest?

    I would ideally like to drop about 10 pounds come May, as well as lose body fat, and begin rebuilding my muscle mass.

    I think a 5 day workout routine is the only way i'll get to see the results i want, with lifting and cardio on MWF and just cardio T TH. What exercises should i do?


    What supplements should help, too?


    I think the only problem is going to be motivation [which i can control] and diet. My diet has, and will suck, because I don't really have any healthy/good tasting options, being on a college campus

    Also - glad you decided May is your deadline. That's only a month away at this point, you can make a huge difference by then.
