    What?
I'm 5'5 & around 117-120lbs. It's been like that since forever and i would like to be at around 150-160s lbs.

The problem is that i don't eat much and i run & excercise. I know you guys recommend eating fish, meat, eat every 2 hours, etc... but for my situation, it's tough. I don't cook and i sit in front of the computer @ work all day.

So my question is...what is the best method to gain weight where i can just go to the supermarket and buy the food without having me to cook/prep it. I can eat at my computers so it wouldn't be a problem as long as it's not messy, or takes forever to make.

So i'm looking for something really simple and ready to eat out of the box so i can eat every few hours while working and gain weight while at it.

Eggs. Boil half a dozen and just snack on them throughout the day.

Almonds. Buy a big ass bag from costco and keep it at your desk.

Cans of tuna are cheap and don't require any prep. Crack them open and dig in.

Protein shakes. Bring the powder with you in a tuppeware container or something. Dump into a glass, add water, mix.

Oatmeal. Just add water and stick it in the microwave. I usually eat a spoonful of natural peanut butter on the side.
