Hey all, Stats - 5'7 ~200lbs 21yrs Story - Was 250lbs but cut over the year and got down to 195. I wanted to cut down to like 170 but after showing my pics here the concensus was that I should add some muscle mass so that when I do cut I won't be a scrawny bitch. I plan on getting to 220 then cutting down to 190. Do you think 220 is too low? 190 too high? I lift 4 days a week (summer + no job = lots of spare time) and cycle 2 days a week for cardio. Over the summer my deadlift has gone from 175 to 300 for reps and my squat is at 275 and increasing from 135 or so. My weakpoint is my chest (bench 150 for reps max). Plan - Eat a little above maintinence and lift heavy for the next 3-4 months and then cut. Only supps I take are: ALCAR/ALA/Daily Vitamin/Whey/Creatine Monohydrate/and I was about to start taking xenedrine EFX but since I want to bulk I should prolly stop taking that. What do you guys think?
