    i keep having these really annoying muscle twitches all over my body. its driving me crazy. its worse at night when im lying still. any suggestions?

    I get them in some crazy places too. Every now and then my fucking eye lid will twitch.

    I get them while I'm sitting around not doing much. Feels weird.

    Mostly when I haven't drank a lot of water or eaten, stretched, got the blood going, etc.

    It's pretty much when that body part is stagnant.

    it could be a whole range of issues. Dehydration can cause muscle twitching along with various micronutrient deficiencies. There is also the possibility low levels of dopamine in the brain.

    i talked to my doctor and he thinks it may be a potassium defficiency.

    cut out caffeine (and other stimulants) and drink more water.

    i took some taurine cause potassium didnt help. taurine fixed me up

    haha both of my quads were spazzin out today after the gym today...shoulders do it sometimes too.
