I've been working out for about months now. I've seen a lot of change in my upper body, but quite frankly my mid section looks terrible.

I wanted to bulk up my arms and chest first because I'm quite small.

6 months later I'm ready to start the whole workout routine.

What should I be eating for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks?

It seems that everything is unhealthy that is pre-made.

Will running 30 minutes 3 or 4 times per week even make a difference and if so how long is it going to take to get rid of my gut (I weigh about 155lbs).

    Thanks burly crew.

I dont really know shit about losing weight and or a gut, but I will stop in to say that 30 minutes for 3-4 times a week will definately help. Also cutting pretty much all the fat out of your diet, eating more protein and less carbs will help you. If you want, use something like fitday to track what you eat everyday or every few days to make sure you are staying on track. Do spend the extra time to create your own foods in there because sometimes their set foods are pretty off.

make sure to eat at home for the most part, so you know exactly what goes into your food. look for lean protein sources (chicken, fish, yogurt) and eat according to the food pyramid.

cutting out fat is a horrible idea. High protein, moderate fat, low carb, under maintenance calories (obviously) = effective for most people.

Reducing fat to low amounts got me so far and started getting leaner when I reintroduced it back to my diet. My body loves sugar though.

I purposely said I don't really know. Only a moron would say "I'm gonna do exactly what the guy who says he doesn't really know says!!!":squint:. Why wouldn't he want to cut fat out?

edit, okay so you want moderate fat. What else was so wrong about my post?

My av is so small you can't see it!
Fats are a founding stone of a healthy diet. If you cut all fats out, you are putting your health in jeopardy. Of course i highly doubt you've cut all your diet fat out, highly improbable.

I wasn't thinking properly. I was thinking fats from junk food and ice crea etc. My fault. And no, I eat a good amount of fat. I got lucky on genetics
