I've been working out for about months now. I've seen a lot of change in my upper body, but quite frankly my mid section looks terrible. I wanted to bulk up my arms and chest first because I'm quite small. 6 months later I'm ready to start the whole workout routine. What should I be eating for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks? It seems that everything is unhealthy that is pre-made. Will running 30 minutes 3 or 4 times per week even make a difference and if so how long is it going to take to get rid of my gut (I weigh about 155lbs). Thanks burly crew.
