I write and record solo piano music. A few years ago, I might have called my style "New Age" in a Windham Hill kind of way. Not quite as long ago, I might have called it just "Contemporary Instrumental". Now, it might be called "Emo Piano" if such a thing exists (and I'm not ashamed to claim that label, if appropriate). But surely there's a better label. :dunno:

As a reference, I detest, with a heated, palpable, hatred the likes of Yanni, John Tesh, and their ilk. Just saying. But I admire Philip Aaberg, George Winston (his earlier stuff especially), and Dave Eggar, among others.

Give a listen and tell me what you think right name for my style of music is:
    my music page

This being OT, I'm ready for the gang bang :noes: but hopefully one or two useful posts will follow.
